American citizens are responsible for protecting the Constitution by upholding its principles and defending it against all enemies, foreign and domestic.   The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and it establishes the structure of government and the rights of citizens.

Every elected official in the Federal Government, including the President takes an oath of office…

The President..“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Members of Congress…”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

Violation of Their Oath of Office

The President and many members of Congress continue to violate their oath of office, believing there are no repercussions to their actions.

Americans watch in disbelief every day as President Trump, his appointed Cabinet leaders, and Elon Musk coordinate dismantling our government, our democracy, and individual rights with extremely limited transparency as to their actions, while the Republican Party stays silent…all believing there are no repercussions to their actions.
